This certificate is ideal for students who already have experience in the culinary arts and want to learn more about the business management side of the industry. The Management Course also includes an Intensive Coffee & Café Management course.

Intensive Coffee and Café Management

The fundamentals and inner workings of café management. Guided through the basic principles of a café operation, they will be able to define and select coffee beans and their levels of roasting, while using the appropriate coffee utensils and equipment. In addition, students will also learn variations in brewing techniques and basic latte and café art.
